I honestly can’t be any happier with the entire process. We inherited a large scotch collection and didn’t know where to turn to sell it. Scotcbuyers walked us through the entire process, showed us how they came up with the prices they offered and came to our home to personally pick up the bottles. Before we spoke to ScotchBuyers we spoke with several other companies and none made us feel as comfortable about the transaction as ScotchBuyers or offered better prices. While this is likely a one time sale for us, we would strongly recommend this company to anyone going through the same experience.

While I had my doubts dealing with a whiskey broker instead of an auction, ScotchBuyers exceeded all of my expectations. (1) Prompt, personal and honest communication about the sale throughout the entire process; (2) pickup was arranged around my schedule and they arrived 15 minutes early to make sure they didn’t inconvenience me; and (3) prices paid were in line with what I previously received at auction but I was paid at the time of delivery in full with no waiting time. This was my first deal with Scotchbuyers but it definitely won’t be my last.

Fantastic experience start to finish. I sold to Scotchbuyers twice. The first bottle had no issues and Scotchbuyers paid me top dollar and made the transaction as easy as can be. The second sale involved a very expensive 50 year old bottle of Macallan which had some issues with the packaging box. While everyone else I spoke to told me that it significantly impacted the price, Scotchbuyers was the only company that was honest about how significant the damage really was and made sure that the price was fair for both them and me. I can’t praise them enough for their honesty and straight forwardness and would recommend them any time for small or large collections.
